The results were amazing. Thirty days post treatment, the ultrasound showed healing which would have normally occurred at the five- to six-month stage without the stem cell treatment. March 24, 2009 -- Tim Meyers of Long Beach patiently asks Crumb, 9, to drop the ball so they can play fetch at Dog Beach, Huntington Beach. The Aussie Shepherd, Border Collie mix has been active all her life until a couple years ago when she developed hip pain. Meyers decided on a regenerative stem-cell procedure which involves surgical removal of fat via a syringe and a reinjection of the stem cells in the pained area. Today she's back being her active self.
